We are committed to providing customers, business owners and employees with an exceptional experience, while incorporating environmentally sustainable operating practices and energy-efficiency measures at our property. 

SEE Centennial is built on three cornerstones of Sustainability, Efficiency, and the Environment. At MainPlace Mall, we recognize our role in environmental stewardship, both as a property manager and a vibrant member of the communities we serve.

How are we doing so far? In 2022, our efforts added up: 

Recycling 293 tons of cardboard alone:

• Equivalent to saving 4,989 mature trees.

• 176,068 kilowatt hours of energy use.

• 117,378 gallons of oil.

• 2,348 lbs. of Greenhouse Gases avoided.

• 9,782 yards of waste products that otherwise would have gone to landfills.

• Providing 362,401 clean driving miles, saving 192,046 pounds of CO2, and off setting 8,470 gallons of gasoline; equivalent to 1,246 trees planted through complimentary electric vehicle (EV) charging amenities.

While we are proud of what we have accomplished so far, we are always working to institute new programs designed to decrease our carbon footprint, reduce waste, conserve natural resources, reduce our energy use, and save money.
