Our Double Boiler features a top insert pan with curved sides that allow smooth mixing and blending while the heavier bottom pan features an encapsulated tri-ply base for quick, even heating. The fully Tempered glass lid is oven-safe to 450 degrees Fahrenheit. Lid fits both inner and outer boiler.
